In-app purchases: install (or restore) on multiple devices

To install (or restore) in-app purchases on multiple devices:

Click the "Options" icon on the bottom left.
Click the "Restore purchases" button in the "Settings" menu.
Enter your iTunes password.
Previously purchased worlds should now be available.
